VENDOR GUIDELINES

FAQ’s for CFW Vendors
  • You will receive 1 Vendor Pass.
  • Vendors must remain in the vendor area at all times.
  • Vendor passes do not grant access to show or after party.
  • You are not allowed to solicit other vendors, or talk to guests who are at a neighboring booth.
  • Please wait until guests walk towards or by your booth to approach them.
  • Curvy Fashion Weekend, venue, or other affiliate companies ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for your merchandise or loss thereof.
  • You must remain with your booth at all times and are solely responsible for your items.
  • In the event of natural disaster, inclement weather, fire, government act, negligence on ANY PARTY’S PART, theft or other incident that causes damage to the venue or your possessions, you agree to be solely responsible for your station and all contents therein.
  • Once your badges have been issued, CFW is not responsible for reissuing new ones if lost or stolen. (if applicable)
  • NO REPLACEMENT BADGES WILL BE ISSUED IF YOURS ARE LOST OR STOLEN.
  • There will be a $20 fee for each badge that needs to be replaced.
  • Electrical outlets are on a first come first serve basis.
  • There is a $30 returned check fee and if your check is retuned for any reason, you must pay remaining balance owed via cashier’s check or credit card.
  • If your payment is declined or not made in full by the deadline, you forfeit your deposit, space and any rights to be a vendor at Curvy  Fashion Weekend.  
  • You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with any sales you make at your station.
  • Your station may not be a distraction or hindrance to the visibility of neighboring booths or the show itself. 
  • You may not break down your station until the official end of the event. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
  • Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, needed to set up, display, or sell merchandise if applicable.
  • We reserve the right to use any photos of your station, employees, representatives, logos, etc.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • This includes you having an emergency and not being able to attend, venue changes, acts of God, etc.
  • Our numbers in year’s prior average between 50 –150 guests. Even though this has been the trend, we make no guarantees as to attendance.
  • No exclusives are offered on products or services.
  • We make no guarantees that another company may or may not be selling/displaying similar or exact items as you.
  • Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the event staff.
  • Schedule, location, event lineup subject to change in case of emergency, weather, etc.
  • Vendors must be set up and ready at least 60 minutes prior to show starting. No exceptions. Please make sure you allow yourself ample time to find parking, locate the venue, and unload and set up your station.
  • YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BREAKDOWN EARLY. You must stay completely set up until 30 minutes AFTER the conclusion of the night.
  • No fuels or combustible materials are allowed.
